If you need assistance with moving between venues, please just let us know.
For those of you attending virtually, you will receive the Zoom link for online sessions closer to the event.

The ACCESS Assembly is all about relationship building.
But we understand how difficult networking can sometimes feel.
Outside of the sessions, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet other delegates during the long breaks and opportunities for time outdoors.
We also have some ideas of things you can do before the event to make the most of the Assembly and enjoy making meaningful connections with other attendees. See below:

Join the ACCESS Expert Database if you haven’t already.
It’s a central hub for environmental social scientists working across academia, policy and the third sector.
The Expert Database will make it easier for you to find the other attendees (and for them to find you).
We’ll be sending out a list of attendees who have opted to share their details before the event. (We’ll ask you when you register if you are happy for your name to be added).
If there are one or two people on the list that you would really like to meet at the Assembly, let us know at: ACCESS_admin@exeter.ac.uk, and one our Leadership Team, will be happy to introduce you.
Please check back here regularly for updates to this page.
And if you have any questions or requirements that are not answered here, please contact us at: ACCESS_admin@exeter.ac.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.
