Personal statement:
Seeding Reparations CIC is a coalition of organisations, activists and academics. We work to enact Reparations through initiatives that further racial justice, halt ongoing harms and address legacies of colonialism in the globalised food system. Our work is informed by diverse histories, indigenous cosmovisions and traditions of resistance in response to colonial domination.
As a Co-Director I work with fellow staff and members of our coalition to Reduce structural injustice in the globalised food system through Reparations. Particular focuses of ours include agroecology, pesticide trade, anti-racism and countering divisive narratives and the application of participatory methods including PAR, citizens assemblies and people’s tribunals.
