About my experience and expertise

Personal statement:

I have been an evidence-based practitioner for over 20 years, applying psychological theory within the private, public and voluntary sectors. I am a Chartered member of the CIPD, Certified Business Psychologist with the ABP, and a member of the BPS. My professional qualifications include workplace mediation, coaching, psychometric assessment, and solution-focused therapy. Using these skills, I ran my own consultancy supporting organisations and individuals to achieve their goals and embed behavioural changes. My own goal to understand and support pro-environmental behaviours began during my undergraduate degree in Psychology with Environmental Sustainability. I now use my organisational experiences and academic knowledge to teach business sustainability and psychology-related modules at Bath Spa University, whilst studying my PhD at the University of Exeter.

Key topic areas of research or interest:

My research interests include organisational change, organisational culture, well-being, engagement, green HRM and CSR. My PhD focuses on how workplace social identities and norms could influence pro-environmental behaviours within organisations. I use both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Collaboration opportunities:

I am passionate about supporting organisations and their employees toward their sustainability goals. If your organisation is struggling with employee engagement on environmental initiatives, or you want to boost pro-environmental behaviours in the workplace, please send me a message.

I am also looking to connect with other researchers within similar domains.
